not any contact details used by the app so there is no need to worry about

This app
also needs to read contact details/information form the users Call Log list so
that user can choose contact number from the call log and add them.
Send Receive Sms
User can
send SMS through this app for submit his/her query/complain to the
administration therefor we need to use this permission in the app.
